Hello Vallejo! I’m Toni Parkhurst, owner of your local Budget Blinds. If you don’t already know, please let me tell you a little bit about us. Budget Blinds was founded in 1992, and has grown to be the largest window coverings franchise in the country. With over 1,000 consultants in 48 states, our mission is to provide knowledgeable, attentive and experienced service and support to our clients, and to provide them with beautiful custom window treatments at everyday low prices!

We aim to please by offering free in home consultations, measuring and professional installation of name brand window coverings at the most competitive prices in the industry, all without ever having to leave home! Simply put, our number one goal is to create completely satisfied customers every time, time after time. We carry many reputable names like Hunter Douglas, Norman Shutters, Alta, Springs Window Fashions, as well as specialty lines of product. This extensive offering allows us to help each and every client find the right window treatment to fit into their “budget”. I have over 15 years in this industry. I started on the sales floor in 1991 and have been enjoying all facets of the industry ever since; working on the retail and manufacturing end, as well as in the marketing and advertising end. All of this experience has really prepared me for the opportunity to purchase and run this franchise.

I was born and raised in Fairfield, and moved to Vacaville as a freshman in High School. I love this community and have raised my two children here. Being in the business I’m in I run into people I know almost every day- what a great way to earn a living! It’s always a pleasure to run into happy clients in the grocery store, and to see them around town. I have many plans to continue to grow my business and to be a strong part of our community for years to come.
